Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to www.pgmatics.com. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or contracting services with Precision Geomatics LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Precision Geomatics LLC operates as a high-tech geospatial data and drone mapping company[cite: 8]. Our core services include:

  • Engineering Topographic Base Maps: High-density LiDAR and photogrammetric data pre-processed into layered CAD files[cite: 1, 8].

  • Construction Progress & 3D Digital Twins: Aerial capture and orthomosaic mapping for site tracking and as-built verification[cite: 1, 8].

  • Volumetric Earthwork & Stockpile Analytics: 3D stockpile modeling and precise volume calculations[cite: 1, 8].

  • Commercial Roof & Infrastructure Inspections: High-resolution visual and thermal spatial data[cite: 1, 8].

Deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats, including CAD .DWG, .DXF, Point Cloud .LAS, and Orthomosaic .TIF.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer & Limitation of Scope

Precision Geomatics LLC acts strictly as a technology and data provider[cite: 1, 8]. We do not provide any services classified as a "survey," "land survey," or "surveying," and we do not act as a licensed "surveyor".

  • Our spatial intelligence, topographical data, and 3D models are generated for preliminary engineering design, construction monitoring, and volumetric analysis[cite: 1, 2].

  • Our data does not establish legal property boundaries, easements, or property lines. If your project requires legal boundary determinations or stamped plats, you must retain the services of a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).

4. Turnaround Times and Delivery

We pride ourselves on field-tested precision and strive to deliver fully processed digital files within 48 to 72 hours of data capture. However, turnaround times are estimates and may be subject to change due to severe weather, site inaccessibility, airspace restrictions, or project complexity.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and accurate data collection, the client agrees to:

  • Provide clear and legal access to the project location or parcel[cite: 1, 8].

  • Ensure that all necessary site permissions, waivers, or notifications have been secured prior to the deployment of our advanced hardware (including RTK-enabled drone platforms and LiDAR sensors)[cite: 1, 2].

  • Provide accurate project specifications and preferred output formats at the time of the request[cite: 1, 8].

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Precision Geomatics LLC retains the copyright and ownership of all raw data, flight trajectories, and proprietary processing methodologies. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final delivered assets (.DWG, .LAS, .TIF, etc.) for their internal engineering, construction, or analytical purposes upon full payment of services rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Precision Geomatics LLC provides data "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Precision Geomatics LLC, its members, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our geospatial data deliverables. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
